Charlotte P. Arnold
Charlotte was born on February 3, 1931 in Jamaca, Long Island, New York to loving parents, Walter Paul and Helen Mae (Baker) Pries. She was the sister to Roberta Morton of Raymond, Maine and Walter Pries of Wilton, New Hampshire.
John L. Arnold came into her life and they were married on July 8, 1951 in Concord, New Hampshire. They had a long marriage of 64 years and became the proud parents to their son, John W. Arnold of Liberty Hill and daughter, Jenifer Arnold of Georgetown. They have one granddaughter, Stephanie Fromont of Spokane, Washington and a great-granddaughter, Octavia Ann Marie Arnold of Spokane, Washington. She also had many nieces and nephews.
Cheril Ann Arnold, their beloved daughter, preceded Charlotte in death.
Charlotte was a housewife and mother, enjoying raising her children and being a loving wife to John. She loved to garden and feed her wild birds. She was a faithful member of the Union Hall Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir. She also enjoyed mailing the cards for the church family occasions.
Memorials in Charlotte’s name may be made to Union Hall Baptist Church in remembrance of her. There will be a tree planted in her name.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at Union Hall Baptist church in Liberty Hill at 11:00 AM on November 14th.. There will be refreshments following the service.
