Arnold's Phone 164As we look to the sky, close our eyes, and feel the wind blow, we feel your spirit as it flows. We know you are near and by our side and in our hearts, you will reside.

Our Beautiful, Lenlie Elizabeth Barker, 39, of Leander, TX, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 31, 2015. A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Journey Bible Fellowship, 700 County Road 179, Leander, TX 78641. There was a luncheon at the church following the service.

Lenlie was a 1995 graduate of Leander High School, a volunteer with the Cedar Park Fire Department, and she joined the U.S. Army after graduation.

She gave birth to her son, Colton, her “Boo-Bear” in 2003. He was the light of her life and she loved being his mom. Earlier this year, Lenlie met the love of her life, Arnold Trevino, and was happy to share every moment with him. She told friends and family, “I think he’s the one!” even before Arnold asked her to marry him. For all who knew her, it was the happiest time of her life.

Lenlie is survived by her fiance, Arnold Trevino of Leander; her son, Colton Barker of Leander; her father and mother, Bob and Linda Bartholomew of Leander; her brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Melissa Bartholomew of Point Venture; her twin sisters and brother-in-laws, Kimberly and Joe Ellis and Vickie and Donny Greenway of Leander; her brother and sister-in-law Robert and Raechel Bartholomew of League City; her nieces and nephews Victoria Williams and Zach Sasser of Austin; Amanda and Michael Purdy of Leander; Chase Ellis of Leander; Chris and Delaney Bartholomew of League City; Caleb Bartholomew and Alessia Pennacchi of League City; great-nieces and nephew Faith and Khloey Alger and Paisley Purdy; Taylor and Hunter St. Clair and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved her very much.

Lenlie is an inspiration of light and love to all who embraced her presence. Our lives are forever changed by her words and laughter what she brought into every moment. Who she was, has made us who we are; we can now change the world with her legacy for the generations to come.

There will be a private family burial service at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Beck Funeral Home of Liberty Hill, Texas.
