Liberty Hill Intermediate School Band performs at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20 at LHHS Gym. Band Boosters will host a Dessert Night and Silent Auction at the event.

Friends of Gary Bonnett of Bertram are hosting a fundraiser to help his family while he is being treated for colon cancer.
Silent Auction and Dinner Fundraiser raises funds for college scholarships for Liberty Hill graduating seniors in good standing with FFA.
Tickets are also available for the full Outdoorsman Giveaway ($10,000 value) at $100 each, which includes dinner for two.

A Shopping Extravaganza! Local artisans and remarkable products come together for one day only!
Saturday March 9, 10 AM – 3 PM at 201 Sonny Dr. Leander TX between Crystal Falls and South St. Order of the Eastern Star, Leander chapter 73. The proceeds from booth space rentals goes to local scholarships.
Celebrate Spring Break at the Gabriel Street Gathering in Bertram from 10 – 4 on Wednesday, March 13. Hosted by the Joann Cole Mitte Memorial Library and Tippy Cafe, the event includes food, an art show and book sale at the library, and a sidewalk sale at the Thrift Store next to the library. Visit Texas Mesquite Co. across the street to see their unique furniture, and go down the street to paint an Easter Egg at Ceramic Dino’s Pottery. Or visit Carolyn’s Market or Balcones Gem and Mineral Company. A special round trip ride to Burnet on the Austin Steam Train will be available.
