Boys soccer nets third district win

The Panther soccer team stayed perfect in district action with a 1-0 win at Salado Tuesday night.

Izaac Zausch scored Liberty Hill’s lone goal in the 123rd minute.

At Jarrell on Jan. 29, the Panthers offense exploded for a 7-0 win.

Lucas Guene scored first off an assist from Zausch in the 6th minute. Dawson Carroll scored in the 15th minute.

Pedro Silva found the net in the 17th minute off the assist from Zausch.

The two repeated the feat again in the 21st minute.

Slade Cummins scored a goal in the 24th minute.

Zausch scored in the 28th minute and Silva found the net off the Carroll assist in the 97th minute.

Liberty Hill is 10-3 on the season and still unbeaten in district.

The Panthers will host Lampasas Friday, and travel to Burnet Monday.
