Kennith Ray Williams, age 63, of Lampasas, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at his home surrounded by the love of his family.
Kennith was born April 18, 1949, in Brownwood, Texas, to Harold Ray Williams and Molly Pearlene (Bachman) Williams. He married Shelly Mason in Lampasas, Texas, on December 27, 2000. Kennith worked as a heavy equipment operator for Hartcraft Construction in Round Rock, Texas. In June of 2010, after 32 years in the construction industry, he decided to retire and spend time with his family and friends. Throughout his life he enjoyed hunting and fishing in the great outdoors. He will be greatly missed, but all the life lessons he taught us will never be forgotten.
Survivors include his wife Shelly Williams of Lampasas; daughter, Stephanie Hart and husband Larry Lucas of Seattle, WA.; daughter Kristelle Shaw and husband Lucky of Leander, TX.; daughter, Jacquelyn Hair and husband Justin of North Zulch, TX.; son, David Harris of College Station, TX.; sister, Linda Sue Stephens of Round Rock, TX.; brother, Tim Williams and wife Tammy of Florence, TX.; three grandchildren and four nieces and nephews. Also surviving Kennith is his very special life long friend Freddy Hartcraft of Round Rock, TX.
A visitation was held for Kennith on June 1, 2012, at Ramsey Funeral Home in Georgetown. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2012, in the Chapel of Ramsey Funeral Home with Pastor John Selle officiating. Burial followed at Bear Creek Cemetery in Bertram, Texas, with full military honors.
Serving as pallbearers were Miguel Amaya Fernandez, Aaron Golden, John Bretherick, Bill Post, Kyle Williams and Tim Williams.
